Everyone woman has them, that one pair shoes they love and that may even signal the beginning of new season, like spring. You have had them for ages and when you pull them out of hibernation from the dust cloth and box you have had them in for safe keeping you can’t help but smile.

You may have an unprecedented selection of shoes in your closet but there is something about this one pair.

The minute the days start to get just a little bit longer and the weather begins to warm you find any excuse to wear them. Especially since they go with everything.

For me it is pair of red patent sandals with navy blue trim from J. Crew. I purchased them about five years ago right before I moved to London. I absolutely love these shoes and  have literally worn them to bits so much so that I am not sure how many more times I will get to wear them. When the weather is warn I wear them just about all the time because they literally go with everything. They spice up my office suits and dresses and give my weekend wear that added little kick and pop of color.

They are similar to the coraline flats but my shoes have a little open toe that to me adds a little something-something.
