It seems like yesterday we were in the height of summer and here we are now with Christmas behind us — time sure does fly when you are having fun or living life at 100 MPH.  

While walking along the seafront on in Southend-on-sea I caught myself thinking about what I would like to do in 2016, places I would to go things I would like to achieve — but then I stopped. 

Why? Because tomorrow will take care of itself.  I will no doubt set myself goals for the year ahead, but for now, the only goal I am setting is to enjoy the view of the sea and the feel of the seaspray on my face and ‘living this moment’. Will you be doing the same?
